Born in Dobele, Latvia. Emigrated to Australia end-1949. Lived in Melbourne 1949-68, in UK 6 years. Hitch-hiked through Spain – Madrid down to La Alhambra (Granada) and up the coast to Sitges. Renys de Mar. Travelled most of Europe and England; North Africa, Mexico, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, inland WA , many times to Bali, Melbourne, Queensland. Now living and working in Perth, WA.
